Before making reservation at Sjögården, please read our terms of payment and cancellation.

Individual bookings for single nights

• All payments at Sjögården are made in cash or swish, as the business often is unmanned.
• Any invoicing must be agreed in advance, a billing sheet must be completed and signed.
• Invoicingfee, 50 SEK
• Payment terms, 10 days.
   

Bookings several nights

• Booking of two rooms or more, half the cost is requested at the registration.
• The booking is preliminary until the reservationfee is paid.
• Final payment is made no later at arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Individual bookings for single nights

• You must cancel your reservation no later than 6 pm the day before arrival. This applies to both written and oral reservation.
• If you do not arrive at all or do not cancel before 6 pm, Sjögården will charge you for one night. Also applies to bookings made the same day.
• If Sjögården has had special costs in connection with your reservation, you will be charged.  
• Internet bookings apply to the same rules.
   

Bookings for several nights

• If you have booked two rooms or more with simultaneous arrival or accommodation in a room for several nights, one of the rooms can be canceled no later than 6 pm the day before arrival. Should more than one room be canceled, this must be done 6 pm three days before the day of arrival. 
• Deviations from the above mean that you will be charged regular room rates even for unused nights.
• Any reservationfee will be fullly refunded if cancellation is received 30 days before arrival date.
• If the order confirmed by the registration fee is canceled 15-29 days prior to arrival, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• If the order confirmed by the registration fee is canceled 5-14 days before arrival, 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• If an order confirmed by the registration fee is canceled less than 5 days before arrival, no registration fee will be refunded.
